This is general career and hiring commentary. It is not legal advice about employment, it is not a recommendation to take or refuse any particular job, and it is not a representation about any employer. Employment law and your rights differ by country and by state.
The analysis is automated
Our tool reads the words in a posting and reports the patterns commonly associated with that language. It does not know the employer, the team, or the manager who wrote the advert, and it is wrong sometimes. A phrase that signals understaffing at one company is house style at another. Use the output as a list of questions to ask in the interview, not as a verdict on a job or a company.
We do not vet employers
Nothing here is a finding about any named company's conduct, culture, or compliance. We analyse the text that was published, not the workplace behind it.
How our content is made
Our guides are researched from published hiring research, employment guidance, and publicly posted job listings, and drafted with the assistance of large language models, and reviewed by a person before deployment for claims we cannot support. We say so plainly because you are entitled to weigh it when you read them.
